1. Booking

A booking is only final once confirmed by our team and the deposit has been received.

2. Payment

The deposit is 30% of the total amount. The balance is due at the latest 14 days before arrival.

3. Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
• Within 30 days of arrival: the deposit remains due.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00. Different times possible on mutual agreement.

5. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay.
